Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Refunds may be requested for cancellations submitted at least 14 days prior to the event start date. To request a refund, please contact us via email only.

Regrettably, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.

All refunds will be processed in no more than 5 business days from the point of request, or 5 business days after receiving bank details if applicable, where the request aligns with our refund policy. Please note that refunds via bank transfer may take longer to process depending on the recipient's bank. PayPal refunds are typically much faster and may therefore arrive sooner if this was your chosen payment method.

Wilde Realms is registered and hosted in the United Kingdom, and so is governed by UK consumer law.

Ticket Transfers and Credit

At any point, including within 14 days of the event, you may request to convert your ticket into credit. In this instance your ticket will be transferred to credit against your account. To arrange this, please email us no later than 12:00 PM on the Thursday before the event. Any requests after this time will not be actioned until five working days after the event end date. The cut-off for requesting a ticket is converted to credit is 23:59 Thursday before any event. No requests for credit/refunds will be accepted after this time or date. Reasonable adjustments can be made at Wilde Realms Ltd discretion, but may not be credit or refund as requested.

Credit: Credit is non-refundable and is always calculated in GBP (Great British Pounds). Credit can be used to purchase any Wilde Realms event and is valid for one calendar year from the date of issuance. In fringe or unforeseen circumstances Wilde Realms Ltd will attempt to make reasonable adjustments, however no changes to our existing refund policy (which Credit exists under) can be guaranteed. If a credit request is made within two weeks of the event, a £5 administration fee will be deducted from the total credit issued.

There is no fee for converting your ticket to credit outside of the two-week prior window to an event; however, once a ticket is converted to credit, it becomes non-refundable.

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by Wilde Realms Ltd, ticket holders will have one month from the cancellation announcement to request a refund or to convert their ticket into credit. After this period, you will automatically be granted a refund if you have not otherwise requested your ticket be converted into credit. No administration fees will be applied to the credit conversion in this circumstance, and all standard policies as noted above on credit apply.
